Are you someone who always puts others need first and neglects your own, this could be due to your childhood, you did what you needed to survive back then but you are still doing this an adult.
Your upbringing led you to abandon your own wants and needs, due to family, cultural or religious pressures.
You stay stuck in non action for fear of making a mistake and being punished for it.
In childhood you were made to feel unworthy and incapable of achieving any success in life.
As an adult you may feel overwhelm, and hypervigilant , just surviving in life and not thriving.
I provide a safe space for you to connect to those childhood wounds.
We will use your own words spoken as self directed compassion, as I guide you through the process to clear your blocks at the root cause.
As what we meet with compassion dissolves.
This provides powerful shifts in your body and energy field.
As well as your own words ,I also use my strong intuition, clairsentience and claircognizance abilities to guide the session.
You will witness positive shifts in your energy, feel less anxious and lighter in your mind and body.
An increase in your self worth, more clarity on what you want for your life.
A new self awareness and confidence that will allow you to make the changes necessary.

ABOUT CARON
I have been on a healing journey myself, after a difficult childhood and life.
My first trauma happened at age 2 when I fell into an open fire. The physical wounds healed but the emotional wounds took longer.
My childhood was one of emotional abuse and neglect.
In my late thirties I went through a divorce and suddenly became a single working mum with three young children, one of whom had special needs.
I had family members dealing with mental health issues and suicide attempts which was challenging and traumatic.
I have been through a lot of loss and betrayals, from partners, friends and family.
The worst thing was loosing my 31 year old son to suicide in 2022 after five previous attempts.
I lost all hope and had no sense of direction.
Compassion Key found me six months later and I completed two levels of training and became a Master Compassion Key Practitioner in 2024.
It gave me a renewed passion for life and a new sense of purpose ,to assist others going through difficult life circumstances.

Single sessions are 90 minutes and packages of various different hours are available.
The packages give you a great saving and give you the time to get great benefits from doing this healing.
