About Healing Compassion
PROVIDING A SAFE SPACE FOR YOU
RELEASE AND HEAL TRAUMA
It is my purpose and passion to support women and men who are ready to release and heal trauma.
I have facilitated over 500 hours of healing sessions with men and women.
Have you experienced trauma in your life ?
This could be from childhood , which still affects you, or more recent times.
This could be from a difficult childhood, where you suffered neglect , abuse ,physical, mental or sexual.
This may be keeping you stuck in life, you may be self sabotaging or you feel unmotivated and have low self worth.
If you have been though this and felt so alone ,am so sorry that happened to you.
Sometimes our body reacts to these negative experiences, so you may be experiencing chronic fatigue, pain, hormonal issues, eating/sleeping disorders, and more.
As our body is holding onto the pain , it can express itself this way., physically or mentally.
These experiences can cause you to have an unhealthy relationship with self.
Maybe you struggle to love yourself, even loathe yourself, have low self esteem and attract unhealthy relationships or difficult situations in life.
As deep down a part of you does not believe you deserve more.
Maybe you feel completely disconnected from yourself and others, lack creative expression or avoid relationships.
As adults we don't always realise that wounds from our younger years are still present, still affecting us.
When they remain, unhealed or unacknowledged they can hold us back from fully living our life.
I provide a safe space for you to share what you are comfortable with and we will go at your own pace.
I guide you to use your own words as self directed compassion for all that you went through.
As what we meet with compassion dissolves.
I also use my strong intuition and psychic gifts , my clairsentience, claircognisanze abilities to assist in the session.
As you allow yourself compassion for what you have experienced , this stuck energy is released from your body and energy field.
You will witness shifts in your energy field, higher self esteem ,your health, renewed confidence to take positive action in your life.
This new version of you will become that loving ,vibrant, passionate person you were always meant to be

Single sessions are 60 minutes and packages of various different hours are available.
I am now offering a FREE 20 minute Discovery session via zoom for those interested in working with me but maybe need more clarity of how I can help.

The packages give you a great saving and give you the time to get great benefits from doing this healing.
Buying a package is a commitment to your healing and positive changes in life.

When buying a package it is an upfront payment and you get to use the hours at your convenience.
It is usual to just book one or two hours initally and then book sessions as and when you want them.
Some people have sessions weekly, others it is fortnightly
The package can be used however it suits your life style.
Once payment is received I will send you the zoom link for the first session.

I can be flexible and have worked with people in various time zones. We will connect over Zoom, allowing me to help you wherever you are in the world. Once payment is made ,I will send the Zoom link. We can reschedule, but please note that there are no refunds.
